I’m inclined on the surface to agree with you, but I think if I disassociate my personal feelings from the facts and history on the ground, the future looks more dismal for SJ.

The strongest indoctrination path any set of behavioral indoctrinations has is parent-to-child. The SJs have a real disadvantage there, because the birth rates within the SJ tribe are unusually low. They must rely on converts to prop up their ranks, and they get converts almost exclusively from the academic landscape.

Progressivism on the whole has been on the rise because many of the conservative indoctrination paths have taken a real hit in the past three or four decades. But all those indoctrination paths have stabilized, and the prog ones are the ones about to take it on the chin. I believe we’re about to see a pendulum swing, and it might swing very hard.
