Dark Matter, Dark Energy? Are they holes in our understanding or observation, or are they bugs in the program :)

Is there a difference? :)

I mean, my personal opinion about Dark (Things) is that they’re the energy bound up in the fabric of the universe itself, which has been ignored or discounted, because all we have the ability to measure are the waves in the fabric (energy) that occasionally get tangled (matter). But that’s a physics argument, and not a philosophical one, which treads dangerously close to aether concepts that have been anathema in physics for a century.

But thank you, in particular, because you’ve inspired me to punch something out for Medium for the first time in a few weeks. Have to take inspiration where I can get it.

(now I’m off to bang this article out)
