Many lawyers work on spec. I think the law is pretty clear, meaning this is a “hire a lawyer, get a settlement” kind of deal. But that still might not be worth the hassle.

And the bigger issue, is if you think you’re being paid well, you have no incentive to share your compensation with your coworkers because it might (will) create strife in the office.
