“Hey guys, you should abandon Social Justice in its current framework” will go over about as well as “you other guys should abandon Islam.” It’s not a realistic request. In this space, the best you can ask for is for reform.
SJ does have an interesting quality that sets it apart from old world religions, though, in that it’s crowdsourced, and has update mechanics built in. They’re a bit sloppy and poorly codified, but they’re there. If a subset of SJ tribers start to realize these update mechanics can be leveraged, they can probably steer the thing in whatever direction they want. If they’re rational actors, they hopefully steer it someplace peaceful and positive.
