Seems like a pretty harsh critique to lay before actually seeing the film. Were the film made in the 90s, it would not surprise me to see Mercury’s sexuality downplayed or rewritten, but given the modern climate, I can’t imagine they’d make that choice today. I mean, I could be wrong, but let’s be honest, you could be too. They’ll get my $8, if for no other reason so that I can form an informed opinion about it.
