Well, nobody has attempted to quarter troops in my home recently, so that one at least does appear to continue to be in place.
I did a long series on gun policy, to which this article doesn’t really apply in a meaningful way. TL;DR, if you’re going to propose something, you must define the problem by looking at the actual numbers, and then propose something that will have efficacy to the defined problem. The 90s assault weapons ban did not address an actual problem, numbers wise, nor did it have any real efficacy towards a solution to the problems we did and perhaps still do have.
